About You We are now looking for a salesperson for Ford commercial vehicles at Holmgrens Bil in Örebro – focusing on comprehensive solutions for corporate customers.
We are looking for someone who understands the importance of a commercial vehicle meeting a tradesperson's needs, in order to guide our customers correctly in their choice of their next vehicle. Perhaps you have a background as a tradesperson yourself? You have some form of sales experience or business acumen from the construction industry – whether you have run your own business, worked with direct sales, or otherwise had customer responsibility within the industry.
We seek someone who enjoys taking their own initiative, staying one step ahead, and has a strong desire to create business opportunities. You thrive being out in the field and testing new ideas to reach customers. Building new relationships and following the business from the first contact to a long-term collaboration drives and motivates you. As a person, you care about building and maintaining good relationships with both colleagues and customers. You contribute to workplace joy and place great focus on results and follow-up. You are also a skilled problem-solver who takes responsibility for planning your time in the best way.
A B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement for the position.
About the Job As a salesperson for Ford commercial vehicles, you will work with sales of comprehensive solutions for corporate customers - primarily tradespeople, but also other businesses in need of commercial vehicles. You will be responsible for both new and existing customers, with a clear focus on new customer acquisition in the Örebro region. Together with our experienced commercial vehicle salesperson Torbjörn, your role will be to develop the commercial vehicle business and build long-term, profitable customer relationships of high quality. You will book and conduct customer visits, contact new companies, and ensure visibility where customers are – at businesses, networking events, and gatherings.
You will sell complete transport solutions tailored to the customer's daily life and needs: commercial vehicle, financing, service agreements, and modifications. All commercial vehicles are built in collaboration with our partner, making modifications and upselling a natural and important part of the business.
